In March 2017, air quality in Los Angeles was declared ‘unhealthy’ and even ‘dangerous’ in the next July 2019.

Cody Hill, a worker at an energy company in the California Gulf Area explained on Twitter that the improved air quality was most likely due to the reduced use of vehicles at the same time.

“This can be ‘new normal’ and more than 13 million people living there will be healthier if we use electricity transportation,” he said.

Toxic smoke often comes from a mixture of carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide from car exhausts.

On March 19, Governor Gavin Newson issued an appeal to stay at home, aka stay at home. This appeal is valid until an unspecified time.

Effective on that date, all California citizens of nearly 40 million must be indoors.

They are only allowed out to take food or do other important things.

All restaurants, bars, night clubs, entertainment centers, gyms, fitness centers, and event centers have temporarily stopped operating.

Important services such as pharmacies, gas stations, banks, washing shops, and places that sell food such as supermarkets, food banks, traditional markets, mini markets, and places to eat with food delivery options, are still allowed to open.

“Los Angeles, this is the time for us to lead with compassion and protect the lives of those who matter to us.

This is not a request, this is an order,” Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti told a media briefing.

As of Wednesday (4/15/2020) there were more than reported coronavirus cases in California and 789 deaths, according to the New York Times data center.

Still ranked first in the world with the most cases in the world, the United States has the highest number of cases shot up compared to other countries, which is 614,643. While the death rate was 26,112, and the recovery rate was 38,820.

It’s corona’s positive impact on the environment. Actually, other positive effects also exist. Like the closeness of family, between father or mother to the child.
